Description   Many teams are composed of players that are all about the same height or where one of the players is much taller than the rest of the teammates. There are definite problems that arise with teams composed of these type players. A team with all players being about equal in size never gets the opportunity to practice shooting over taller players in a game situation until the actual game takes place. The Equalizer is made out of soft flexible foam rubber that may be used in drills or actual scrimmage situations.
