This video series is one of the highest ranked coaching videos ever and is an excellent coaching aid to assist in player skill development. Duke University's men's basketball program has been the model for success in Coach Mike Krzyzewski's 18 years at the helm. Under his direction the Blue Devils have won over 400 games, two NCAA Championships, and earned a berth in seven Final Fours. Now coaches everywhere can harness Coach K's strategies for team defense, the transition game, and successful practicing to make their teams better than ever.

PURE SHOT forces the player to control the ball with his shooting hand only. this helps to develop touch and follow through. The control of the ball with the shooting hand is developed because PURE SHOT eliminates the use of the off hand in the shot. Thumbing the ball with the off hand causes side-spin instead of backspin.
